Ordering
You can rent laptops from Rent Laptops, Incorporated anywhere in the U.S, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Simply place your order online using our secure server or call us at (866) 226-5957(888) 951-5060. We have simplified the contract procedure so that when you order your laptop or computer rental online, the process is as seamless as possible.
Cancellation
If you cancel your order before your laptop is shipped from our warehouse, (generally three business days from the rental period or less time for short-notice rental requests), then there will be no charge. Once we’ve shipped your laptop, we must charge you for a one rental day (at the laptop’s daily rate plus shipping). You must return the computer or laptop the same day you received it in order to avoid further charges.
Shipping
Rent Laptops, Inc, provides round-trip FedEx shipping with signature required upon delivery, anywhere in the U.S, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, for a flat rate of $29. Expedited or short-notice requests may result in additional shipping charges. Whenever possible, we prefer to have three days’ notice, so we can ship your laptop a day in advance of your request. When necessary, and for an additional fee, we can ship up to, and including, same day.
We ship exclusively via FedEx. Due to our contractual agreement, we cannot ship with third party accounts.
The shipping delivery is timed to ensure your laptop arrives one day before you need it. For example, if you need a laptop rental for Thursday, we would ship your rental on Monday, expecting it to arrive at your specified location by Wednesday, and you would ship it back to us on Friday.
